COMMUNITY CHOIR

Musik.vor.Ort is part of the Kultur.vor.Ort  organised by Kultur.Raum Munich and is open to all adults who want to sing and make music together in an informal way. I direct this choir, with assistance from Ian Chapman. The project is aimed in particular at people who volunteer within Munich and also people who use the Münchner Tafel food bank. We meet every Tuesday (during the school year) from 17:45 - 19:30 at the Dankl-Salon, a great community space in Sendling (Danklstr. 11 - near to the U3/6 Implerstraße). Each week, we make music for about an hour and then everyone is invited to eat together. No prior musical knowledge is necessary, and it is absolutely free to take part. The only thing you need to bring is enthusiasm and desire to take part!

Kultur.vor.Ort is organised and funded by Kultur.Raum München e.V.  Musik.vor.Ort was inspired by a pilot project first organised by Kultur.vor.Ort at the Münchner Tafel food bank at the Großmarkthalle.
